Historic Restoration

One of our specialties at Kramer and Brown is Historic Structural Assessment and Rehabilitation. It takes a unique investigative approach to understand complex historic structural systems and evaluate their performance. Rehabilitation of historic structures takes specialized design solutions that strengthen the existing structure while maintaining the historic nature of the building. We have worked on many projects with state and county funding and understand the needs of Historic Structural Rehabilitation.
